10-Foot Mechanical Serving Hatch

When moored at high-density urban towpaths, the hull transforms into a high-capacity walk-up food counter serving crowds directly on the canal path.

Clean Air Compliant Smokers

Two custom-insulated, thermostat-controlled, propane-assisted 650 lb smokers. Wood smoulders indirectly — producing thin blue smoke with zero thick particulate emissions. 100% compliant with UK Smoke Control Areas and the Boat Safety Scheme (BSS).

Live-Onboard Operation

The stern houses private quarters for the co-founding husband-and-wife team — creating a 100% self-contained, highly disciplined live-onboard operation with zero overhead.
